The girls are napping, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to post some pictures of a play date we had this morning with a long-time friend and her four kids. It's funny how it takes time for the kids to warm up around each other. Leila has played with the oldest three several times, but it has been a long time since we have had a play date. (Sorry, Jill!) The kids played separately at first, but then had a great time playing together about an hour later.

I know just what you mean about kids being reserved on a play date and then warming up towards the end and then NOT wanting to separate from their friends!
