We are having a lazy morning today... a rare treat around our house, I'm afraid. It seems we're always headed somewhere. Even yesterday, Leila had soccer camp with the Columbus Crew. But not today! We don't have anything on our calendar until tonight. It is nearly noon and I'm still in my jammies. I can't recall the last time I was in my jammies at noon. The girls are out of their jammies and in their princess gowns and drawing pictures.
When the girls woke up this morning, they climbed into bed with me and Mia sat and rubbed my back and Leila's back for what seemed like half an hour, saying
"I love you, sweetheart" every few minutes. It was so sweet. Leila and I had such the giggles. But we both enjoyed our massages at the tiny little hands of Mia. What a way to start your morning!
As soon as the girls were ready to get out of bed, they headed downstairs towards Leila's favorite Christmas gift...

Two nights ago, I gave them both girly manicures and pedicures. As expected, Mia picked at her stickers and many didn't even make it through the night.
The girls say, "Thank You, Aunt Karen, for our pretty scarves."
Ahhh... I'm loving the jammies, but think it's about time for a shower!

Leila is quite the makeup artist....the girl has talent.....and beauty too!! They are both beautiful with or without the makeup....love their scarves...did Aunt Karen make them? they are so cute!!

We have enjoyed staying in our jammies until noon while Mal has been out for Christmas break. I love these pics of your girls playing in the makeup. They are so gorgeous and it is obvious that they love playing together. Such fun times for all of you.
