And friends, learn from my mistakes... Never do your four-year old's face first. Trust me, this started out a pretty flower and not a blue smudge. :)

Stay warm!

That's too funny (your last comment). I'll have to remember that. Nonetheless - the makeup is really beautiful.

And I LOVE the editing on these pictures. Your three girls are just gorgeous.

Oh my goodness!!! FUN!!! I wish I could come live with you for a while and let my girly side run wild! Paige would NEVER allow me to do this to her :( Boo! Your girlies are DOLLS!
Kara looks breathtaking in these...she is a little knock out, Michelle! Of course, Leila and Mia are...that goes without saying!
Glad y'all are having such fun!

Love them!! Especially Mia's wavy hear - she looks so grown up:)

Well down here in Maryland we did not have school canceled, just a 2 hour delay....for 1 INCH of snow!!! This Buffalo girl can hardly believe it. Back home they wouldn't even be plowing....

Blessings for a great weekend!!

PS - we got our announcements and I think they turned out pretty nice (especially since I had no time to do them)...yours will be on its way soon my friend!

Love, love, love it!!! Beautiful pictures! So jealous of having 3 girls, I have one and honestly she is not enough. So I will just have to live through others as husband says no more kids.

You realize how much older they look! I have to keep Adalyn away from your blog or she will make me take her up north! Their faces are amazing, what a cool mom they have! We've had two snow days and the kids couldn't be happier.
I love the bowling shoe story, cute.

Do you mind me asking if you used any special actions for your processing? I love the look of the them!!

Thanks, all!!

Robin -
I edit solely in Lightroom. For these Snow Day pics, I used the "Aged Photo" preset - a preset that actually comes with Lightroom. It desaturated the photo, but left just enough of the original color on their shirts or boas, but completely removed the color from their make-up, so I used the Adjustment Brush to "paint" the color back on. I just brushed where the make-up was and added a tint of the original color to bring back some color to the make-up. I hope that helps!
