"Well.... maybe our dad. Because our dad is really cool. Oh, and maybe our cousins, Jorge and Joe. Because they're pretty cool, too. But then it's just us girls. Sisters rule!"
Precious pictures! Honestly, it looks as if Kara has been with y'all forever. She and her sisters look so happy and comfortable together. It is heartwarming to see. LOVE the clubhouse :) No boys allowed... Wish Paige felt that way...sigh!
That is the cutest clubhouse EVER! But what makes it even cuter are your beautiful daughters! And I just know that their hearts are even more beautiful! Looks like the transition home is going well! Are you rested up?
Blessings, Tisha P.S. The color from these pictures just pops off the screen; makes you just want to smile. :)
So glad to see the sisters all together! We are off to Ann Arbor for my fiance's family reunion. I hope you have a great 1st weekend as a family of five:)
Very cool! I think Mom needs to make one of those signs...how perfect! :) Hope all is going well and that everyone is getting along as well as can be expected. Can't wait to come and see everyone...maybe in 2 weeks? :)
It's wonderful to see the girls all *home* together. You certainly win the award for surviving the longest trip home! I can only imagine. Thank you for sharing your journey.
What fantastic photos and what an excitement to follow your journey. Would love to hear all about how Kara settles in and how she settles in with learning English. Love and prayers Jules xxxx
Email me, let me know how you are, how things are going...missing you sister!
Hoping all is well on the homefront, looks like things are spectacular! We continue to pray for your transition and for Kara as she experiences all these new things!
In addition to running my own photography business, I am a proud mother to three beautiful girls that were born in my heart, and a wife to my wonderful husband of 17 years. We adopted Leila from Moscow, Russia at 32-months old and Mia from Jiangsu Province, China at 13-months old. We thought we were done at two, until God led us on another journey to China - this time to bring home our 11-year old daughter, Kara Da Xin in July 2009. I am also the proud Aunt of two nephews, born in Guatemala, and a niece, born in China. I am so thankful to our Heavenly Father for blessing our family with these amazing children.
This is a very special necklace I had made to keep my children close to my heart. On the left, it says "family" in Russian. On the right, it says, "mother and daughter joined at the heart" in Chinese. I love this piece of jewelry and how it always reminds me of our journey to bring home our three precious girls.

I think Dad might need to make one of those signs for real, including the list of exceptions to the rule, with Dad being first on the list.
I love these pictures!!! The girls look thrilled!

Cute girls, keep telling them no boys allowed! Let me know if it works. Have a great weekend.
