The Bag Lady

Mia loves bags. Gift bags. Shopping bags. It doesn't matter. She just loves them. I know I'm not the first mother to be devastated when their child is presented a very generous gift only for them to be interested in the gift bag that it came in. Of all her wonderful Christmas presents, her favorite was a gold foil bag that held one of Leila's gifts. This morning, Mia carried around some shopping bags the majority of the morning. She wouldn't let go of them. Here she is playing in Leila's room with the tea set, not for a moment letting go of the bags on each arm.
