But She Likes the Tub!!!

We seem to be on the birthday party circuit lately. Four parties in the past three weeks. We had two today. The second was a swim party at the community center. Our attempt to take Mia swimming a few weeks ago didn't work out and we haven't been able to make it back. Tonight was to be Mia's first time swimming. She loves to play in the water in the tub, so we thought she'd be a natural. Wrong! It may be just the temperature difference between tub and pool water (apparently the water was pretty cold), but she wanted no part of getting in the pool. The above photo is the very second her toes touched the edge of the pool. I'm glad I had my camera ready.
