We're signing the authorization from the orphanage allowing us to take Mia with us for the next 24 hours. We must promise to keep her safe from harm during this period and if we want to proceed with the adoption, we must come back Tuesday to complete the paperwork. In the eyes of the Chinese government, the adoption will be finalized on Tuesday.
