1 Day to Mia!

It's 9:00 p.m. Sunday and we arrived in Nanjing earlier today. Nanjing has about 6 million people. It's less than half the size of Beijing, but still a huge city. Once again, we have a very nice hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and the restaurants are very nice. When we arrived in our room, the crib was already set up. It's becoming very real. We're very excited, but also a bit nervous. We are not sure how she is going to react to us and that is a little scary. We leave the hotel in 12 hours, so we will find out shortly. Mia is from the furthest orphanage and has a five hour drive in with her caretaker and orphanage director tomorrow morning. We have been told this is probably her first ride in a car. All of this, plus getting up and leaving VERY early (around 5:30 a.m.) may make a very tired and terrified baby. We should have her in our arms around 10:30 a.m. tomorrow (Monday) morning!!! Leila - You're about to "officially" become a big sister!
